BICO QUALITY BAKING TRAYS

We man­u­fac­ture bak­ing trays from alu­mini­um, stain­less steel 4016 and 4301, hot-dip alu­minised or blued steel sheet with Ø 2‑mm, Ø 3‑mm, Ø 5‑mm per­fo­ra­tions or 5‑mm square per­fo­ra­tions. You can select from our stan­dard sizes and designs or con­fig­ure your own indi­vid­ual prod­uct to suit your requirements.

THE BICO ALLOY

When man­u­fac­tur­ing our alu­mini­um bak­ing trays we use the alloy AlMg3. It is par­tic­u­lar­ly hard and there­fore ide­al­ly suit­able for use with tray-clean­ing machines. It is food-safe and can be used with con­fi­dence. Please note
that alu­mini­um may not be used togeth­er with alka­line solu­tions, in which case we can thor­ough­ly rec­om­mend you our stain­less steel trays.
